Cooper's Residence

Overview

A boutique four-storey apartment building on the ridge at Cooper's Hill, 15 minutes above the foot of Red Hills, looking out over the lights of Kingston. The design pairs 1,400 sq ft and 1,100 sq ft apartments with three studio units, over a covered parking level and a lobby with elevator access — and puts the social life of the building on the roof: a self-serving bar, a shaded terrace, and a pool with a panorama across the plain. 74 Developers is the contractor for this project; architectural design is by Modage Design Studio.
